CPO DISTRIBUTES CONFIRMATION LETTERS TO HR ADVISERS

On March 22nd, 2024, the Office of the Personnel Department was filled with a sense of accomplishment and optimism as the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO), Commander Dr. Daryl Dindial, distributed confirmation of appointment letters to nine Human Resource Advisers. This event marked a significant milestone for the department, symbolising a positive shift in its approach to talent management and employee development.

Commander Dindial emphasised the importance of this occasion, highlighting that it was the first time in years that such a large number of individuals had been confirmed as Advisers within the Personnel Department at one time. He underscored the stringent standards for promotion and confirmation within the department, acknowledging the depth of experience and expertise required to serve as a Human Resource Adviser in the Civil Service.

The CPO congratulated the newly appointed officers and expressed the executive's trust in their abilities. He articulated the organisation's commitment to supporting their growth and development for the benefit of the Civil Service as a whole.
