Former Chief Personnel Officer Dr. Roland G. Baptiste paid a courtesy visit to sitting Chief Personnel Officer, Commander Dr. Daryl Dindial at the Offices of the Personnel Department on September 2^nd, 2022.

Presumably, both Dr. Dindial and Dr. Baptiste had a lot to chat about due to similar experiences as CPOs, mainly having to operate in economic climates less than ideal, and navigate the course in determining and advising on pay and other terms and conditions of the Public Service.

Dr. Baptiste served as the Chief Personnel Officer from 1987 to 1992.  Both Dr. Dindial and Dr. Baptiste welcomed to opportunity to meet and discuss the future of the Department.
