The Personnel Department had the honour of welcoming the Honourable Davendranath Tancoo, Minister of Finance on Monday 12^th May, 2025. The Minister’s visit was at the invitation of the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO), Commander Dr. Daryl Dindial, and served as an introductory engagement with the Department and its staff.

The CPO welcomed the Minister and provided an overview of the Department’s structure, current projects, and areas of collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, as well as a tour of the CPO Wellness and Conference Centre. The Honourable Minister was introduced to members of staff and took the opportunity to become acquainted with the individuals supporting the Department’s mandate.

The Personnel Department extends its gratitude to the Honourable Minister Tancoo for his visit and looks forward to continued partnership in advancing the goals of public administration and workforce development.
